Anchoring the lush, historic landscape of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum scenic area, this four-story aquatic wonderland completely submerges visitors in a fascinating marine environment featuring over 10,000 sea creatures. Navigating the ground floor immediately guides you through a stunning 74-meter transparent glass tunnel, offering incredibly close encounters with gliding sharks and massive sea turtles. As you ascend through the facility, the exhibits brilliantly transition from tropical oceans to freezing polar habitats. The upper levels proudly showcase a diverse collection of rare Arctic and Antarctic residents, including Emperor penguins, imposing polar bears, and Arctic wolves. To fully elevate the experience, the venue consistently stages spectacular daily performances, ranging from heart-pounding "Dancing with Sharks" shows to elegant mermaid and dolphin routines. Since it remains a massive hit with families, dedicating at least three hours is highly recommended. Also, make sure to carefully check their operating schedule, as the winter season features a slightly later closing time but strictly shuts the entry gates an hour earlier at 4:30 pm.
