To keep our platform a high-quality, trusted boutique guide, we focus on quality over quantity. Here is the exact breakdown of how you can earn Credits, the rules for getting approved, and how to spend them.

1. Quick Wins: Profile & Community

Complete Your Profile (+10 Credits): Upload a profile picture, fill in your basic info, and select your dietary preferences. (One-time reward).
Refer a Friend (+30 to +130 Credits): Use your unique invite link. You earn 30 Credits when your friend signs up and verifies their email/WeChat. If they upgrade to a paid Insider or Concierge plan, you get a massive +100 Credits bonus.

2. Data Hygiene: Keeping Us Accurate

We rely on you to keep our digital guide sharp. All submissions here are reviewed by our team before Credits are issued to prevent spam.

Report Wrong Info (+5 Credits): Notice a restaurant that permanently closed, or opening hours that are way off? Hit "Report." Once our team verifies the change, the Credits are yours.
Submit a New Venue (+15 Credits): Found a hidden gem we missed? Submit it! You must provide the correct English/Chinese name, accurate address, and at least 1 clear photo of the storefront or interior.

3. Reviews: The Heart of the Community

When describing a spot, tell a story. Common words are fine, but share the actual vibe. Did it help you unwind after work? Was the menu easy to read?

Standard Text Review (+10 Credits): Must be at least 30 words describing your actual experience. Generic comments like "Good food, nice place, I like it" will not be approved for Credits. Tell us what you ordered or why you liked it.
High-Quality Photo Review (+25 Credits): Must include the 30+ word text requirement above, PLUS at least 2 clear, well-lit photos (e.g., the food, the menu, or the seating area). Blurry photos, screenshots, or unrelated pictures will be downgraded to a Standard Review or rejected.

4. The Big Leagues: Publishing Blogs & Guides

Are you a writer, a foodie, or an explorer? Draft a weekend itinerary, a deep dive into Nanjing's cafe culture, or a survival guide for newcomers.

Publish an Approved Blog (+150 to +250 Credits): The Process: Submit your draft through our Creator Portal. Our editorial team reviews every submission to ensure it matches our style. Rule: Articles must be at least 400 words, 100% original (no AI-generated spam or copy-pasting from other sites), and include at least 3 high-quality photos. Reward: If approved and published, you will receive 150 to 250 Credits based on the depth and quality of the piece, paying for half of your membership in one go.

How to Spend Your Credits

Your Credits are your digital currency to unlock the city's best deals.

The 50% Split Pay: You can use your Credits to cover up to 50% of the total cost of an Insider or Concierge subscription. (e.g., Get a ¥49.9 monthly Insider pass for just ¥24.9 + 250 Credits).
The 1-Week Insider Pass: Want a free trial? Redeem 150 Credits to unlock all Insider perks (including the 10% venue discounts and Show Waiter PRO) for 7 days. This is the only option that allows 100% payment via Credits.

Note on Expiration: To keep the community active, all Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
